How to Order
There are many ways in which you can order goods from us at The Organix Experience.
The Internet Simply browse through our website and click on the 'Add to Basket' icon next to the item that you wish to buy. If you would like to purchase more than one item - when you have added one item to your basket click on the 'continue shopping' icons as many times as you require and you will be able to add as many items as you require to the shopping basket. When you have finished shopping just press the 'continue to checkout' icon and you will be taken to our payment area for completing your transaction.
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button. After you submit an order we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We will send the details to you in an email acknowledging receipt of your order (Order Acknowledgement).
Our online payment method
Organix Experience currently offer four methods of payment:
1. Cash on Delivery - When we deliver your produce you may pay us via cash. Please note that if no body is at home when the bag is to arrive please leave the payment for us to collect.
2. Cheque on Delivery - Similar to the above but with payment via a cheque.
3. PayPal - Organix Experience use Paypal as our preferred online payment method. Paypal is the largest online payment provider in the world (they are part of ebay) and as such they are the most technologically advanced and secure. With Paypal you have an option of either creating an account (very useful if you use ebay or like to shop online) or making a 'one-time' payment. Paypal offers a variety of ways in which to pay for your goods and accepts most credit and debit cards.
4. We now offer the service of payment on account. You can set up a standing order with us to deliver your required box each week without the need for you to log on to your computer. This is a very effective way of shopping as you will never forget to place your order. You can choose to pay by cash or cheque on delivery and we now offer the option for you to pay us via bank transfer. Simply contact us by email or telephone requesting the size of bag you wish to be delivered each week along with your delivery address and contact details and we will do the rest. Please note if you wish to use the payment via bank transfer option contact our sales team to discuss the terms and conditions. We ask that all customers who use the standing order facility give us two weeks notice of impending holidays where you would like to defer your delivery for a specific period of time. Orders which are cancelled at short notice could have a default payment of £10.00 charged to the customer account.
